Almost two decades required to make Ethereum work some what. Yeah oke.
Roadmaps and deadlines change all the time for good reasons but at some point you have to acknowledge you are doing it wrong and also acknowledge your rival(s) who you objectively can't keep up with regardless of your first mover advantage and a massive resource advantage. And no I am not talking about centralized and inferior blockchains like Solana.
What a waste. It's just waiting for a systemic collapse before we can move on I guess.
People in the comments are talking about Ethereums amazing advances eventhough in this video Vitalik is just repeating old concepts we have heard a million times. Oh you want to scale? Really? The 10 failed attempts in the last 10 years didn't give that away at all. They didn't know how to shard so they pivoted to decentralized L2s and then gave into centralized solutions and now we are getting some minor patches again that will never resolve the fundamental issues of their design that prevents scaling without terrible tradeoffs.

Ethereum is getting worse and worse; wallets are being stolen so easily by hackers. People should avoid using MetaMask wallets; they have no solutions for stolen wallets.
