The nftu markets are crashing down and down and down all nft projects are bleeding out is this going to be the bottom and it's up from here or will we continue on a downward spiral alright so first thing we're going to talk about is what's going on in the macro markets youSee on the fear and greed Index right now we're on the greedy side crypto in general kind of had had a pump the Bitcoin at that 30.8k ethereum at 1.9 looking at ethereum over the past seven days yeah you know we kind of been on the upward Trend so I can understand whyThe sphere greed index is going to be on the greedier side you have to understand from a macro perspective a lot of the larger financial institutions are filing to launch an ETF so allowing everyday regular people to buy into Bitcoin and ethereum and other cryptocurrencies thatThey choose to promote so that's why I personally think that some of these coins are pumping up because people anticipate that there will be more volume coming into the crypto space as the world gets more bullish on crypto and not only that but it's all about aNarrative right and like right now in general a lot of people citizen sense of many different countries don't trust their government they want to put their money in an alternative asset so if everyone believes Bitcoin is going to go up and they buy it well what's gonnaHappen Bitcoin will probably go up now that we understand the macro let's go deeper into what's going on in the nft side so as you know azuki Elementals have minted and they sold out and there has been a massive amount of fud for the izuki brand after this mint so the floorPrice you know pre-mint was about 17 eth now it's all the way to seven East so that's like almost a 910 If drop which is absolutely huge so what's going on here so a lot of people perceive azuki Elementals somewhat of a cash grab right and everyone can have their own opinionOn that and we'll talk about that the reason is because the basis for the Elementals look almost identical to the original there are differences but people feel like they were bait and switched mainly because before the mint you know they came out with this really hot trailer everything looked good butThey never showed you what the pfp would actually look like prevent they didn't show you what the product would look like and typically if someone chooses and makes the conscious decision to not show you what the end product is going to look like that means they are technically hiding it from you andLetting you see it after they make their money so I think that was an intentional move otherwise they would have shown it right if the pfp was so great and every they knew everyone was going to be excited they would definitely have shown the pfp pre-admint like it did for theOriginal Zuki but they did it after mint which kind of showed you their decision making because of the similarities a lot of people are saying like hey you know if I have the OG azuki this other Zuki on the Elementos looks exactly the same so how will people know that I have oneThat is more expensive and so it just created this all this fun they're people from different communities all around the world are starting to fight azuki's a lot of whales are starting to sell their zukis because they are losing trust in the team and to combat thatAzuki they did an AMA they you know wrote some threads they're trying to do things like hey you know what if we change the background of the Elementals so that people know it's an elemental right so they're supposedly going to do a vote on that but you know to be honestThere wasn't really much of a justification to why they made certain decisions and I think that's why people are fighting number one why did they have a 30-minute total window so 10 minute 10 minute 10 minute Force everyone to fomo why did you do that even to this day there's no true reasonAnd obviously the true reason is to make money and get people the phone while everyone knows it right but they're never gonna say it but number two why did they make the bases the exact same I mean I guess it's like building the top of the IP but I think what they shouldHave done is just my personal opinion is probably do a whole collection on kids so they have the azuki kids and the Animals I feel like that would have been sick by itself if they did that my gut feeling I could be wrong is that people would be more bullish embarrassed butHey it is what it is some other things that you're trying to say to create more positive narratives around the project is that there's going to be these green beans nobody knows what it is you get one if you airdrop to people who have OG azuki trying to create that misreadNobody knows what the green bean will be and then they also said they're creating an izuki anime series but it's gonna be shorts right so don't expect like a Demon Slayer or a jiu jitsu Kaizen it's going to be probably like a few short episodes probably five or six minuteEach is my guess similar to how Pokemon Origins did one basically the whole point of these shorts is to sell a product right so Pokemon Origins want to sell like more games so maybe they want some more entities in the future right so hard to say what's gonna happen hereBut you know I'm not sure if you can have a global Smash Hit with just shorts that's all the negative side but let's talk about the positive uh the positive is that the Zuki Community still is one of the strongest communities in the whole nfcc and I actually was just inKyoto for the azuki Japan event and also traveling around Kyoto meeting different people in web 3 and in crypto the community is definitely real people actually do show up so that's a positive thing right the art itself for Elementals in my personal opinion is definitely one of the best art inGeneral for any pfp project it is inspired by the original azuki but if you just look at it for just what it is like a collection it is one of the best collections especially with all the Elementals and the rare ones do those ones in my opinion look extremely goodThe ones with the animals look extremely good so from our perspective there are some misses like the floors don't look that great but the ones that hit really hit hard so that's the positive thing about that and also you have understand that we're also in the bear market soYou know everything's going down in general not just Suzuki there's some projects that are still like holding and haven't dropped their floor but that's how the market goes so now let's move away from azuki and talk about another anime project which is ether which recently just minted while I was inKyoto so right now ether they did a white list mint and then they're going to do a public mint coming up soon which is going to be July 9th right so by the time you watch this it might be in a couple of days now for ether a coupleInteresting things the first is that you know when the trailer came out I think they received a lot of fun because supposedly they spent 280k on this trailer a lot of people feel like that's not the best use of money or maybe they should have been cheaper but I think itShould have been cheaper but they probably rushed it and had to pay a lot for the animation studio to even agree to do it that's my guess they kind of lost steam because it took so long to actually get to Mint I feel like when they launched this Trail on December22nd that I feel like that's the time they should have minted but it's tough for times it's bear market and they also had to cut their supply because they're just not as hype as they were before so it's going to be a five five five collection the mint prices are stillGoing to be the same but it's possible they might reduce it and then the other thing that people are fighting about it's probably the speculation that they are buying their own floors which is called Market making right so it's nothing new projects do it all the timeEven some of the Blue Chip projects do Market making right so it's not anything like crazy I mean if you want to just like check out the data for yourself you just check out who the you know top holders are and everything like that seeIf they are you know who are the trading at Wolf and then you come to your own conclusion on that and I also think because of the how Elementals went and how you know it wasn't the best mint I think that sentiment carries over onto ether unfortunately timing for ether IThink if they minted sooner before all this things happen that would have been better for them but hey you got to play the game with the cards that you are dealt all right so now we're gonna move on to the next project that's going to be meme land so meme land recently justRevealed their captains they look like this so let's just give my honest Impressions right my personal take is that when they minted in January you know it's been about six seven months since the mint and they don't have traits available maybe they do and maybe they're keeping it hidden or becauseThey only put a couple treats out I mean my first impression on the art is that I felt like it could have been better the reason is because the amount of money they made on the mint would allow them to hire basically any art so money isNot really the issue it's really just finding the right person and then doing the creative direction to make sure it's something that is great but I feel like when I look at it it's not bad but it's not great and I felt like for the amountOf money they had they should have went for great the special ones like the Kraken the shark the demon and the alien I felt like they they should have put more effort into making these more special so the Innovation that they're proposing to the market is that insteadOf having a pfp where everything's like set in the beginning you're going to be able to change the clothes of your pfp probably buy new nfts and put those clothes on and customize your pfp so it's like an avatar so the concept already existed in games right likeWhere you have a character and you put your clothes on you buy different skins that already makes sense so it's natural for someone to believe that you can do it at nfts but I just feel like personally the art is not long enough for me to want to buy assets and put itOn this character I guess it really now depends on where these assets will be used and that comes down to social five projects so they call it that they're going to build but here's the interesting part in the past when they marketed meme land and everything likeThat they're marketing the meme token it was all about creating products for the nft space or the web 3 space so it was like TripAdvisor for nfts only fans for nfts or something like that or for creators and webtry right so each one of these projects is very difficult to pullOff each one could be like a 100 million dollar plus business so if they're trying to create multiple of these at the same time are they focused enough on one of them to make it hit or are they hoping that we're just gonna shotgun and hopefully one will take off that's veryQuestionable and then only recently they they kind of went the whole anime pfp route so like to do an IP is also very difficult as well so it's like not only are they building multiple products that each of them can be big they also wantTo do IP as well I just personally feel like when your attention is kind of scattered it's like are you betting on one hitting and something taking off is it better to focus on one thing or should they just focus on hyping up the tokens there's so many questions andUncertainty and I feel like a lot of energy is being scattered and when that happens I feel like if you have the money and the art ends up not super strong then it's like okay it's probably because it's not focused on the art that's just my personal take of courseI'm sure they have a different perspective on things but at the end of the day you know people care about the results right but still I do believe that Meme land does a good job when it comes to having to touch on the market they're very active they communicateWith their holders really well the way they do their PR they brace people for any negative thought that's coming they address the fud before the fud happens and then they got a lot of D5 people supporting the token right you know you got to take the good and the bad youHave to be realistic you know what are the pros of a project what's the con are the pros stronger than the con that they're still going to make it so those are all things I would be looking at when you're looking at a project and youKnow as always you know I'm trying to be honest I'm trying to give constructive criticism so that hey maybe if the people on the meme land team watch this maybe it's something they can consider and improve upon right so it's not about getting it
