I value the information Universaldispute dropped on us. As somebody inquisitive about recuperation, I like that you show devices you use to examine an organization prior to coming to a choice.
It's now a hard choice to make and game to play, and with somebody showing the world procedures to safeguard themselves, this information is important.
Gratitude for getting some margin to impart this to the YouTube world. We love you

Yes, I just got scammed. There was a live thing going on for Michael Saylor with the thing to scan and wallet to send your cryptocurrency too and he said he would double it back and it was all my money saved gone. I’m so sad. It just happened tonight.
I’m sad to say that despite a life time of being shrewd and not getting dragged in to any scams I broke a life time rule and fell for the Michael saylor one last night – worst night of my life losing a full bitcoin what a complete #### I am – so angry with myself
I don't think YouTube wants to help get rid of these videos cuz if they did it would be easy. There's actually one running at this very moment. The channel is divinesound358 there are 38,000 people watching it.
They're back folks. Watch out, it's convincing but if you look you can see the signs.
I fell for a scam that, in hindsight, was painfully obvious.
I was watching a Bitcoin conference livestream on YouTube featuring Michael Saylor. Everything seemed legitimate—his speech, the large audience, and the high viewership count. Then, the stream started lagging and cutting out. After a minute or two, YouTube suggested another stream with the same thumbnail. Assuming it was just a backup feed, I switched without a second thought.
The new stream looked identical to the previous one. I didn’t notice any differences, so I continued watching. Then, Saylor announced a special giveaway: for a limited time, anyone who sent Bitcoin or Ethereum to a specified address would receive double the amount in return. The offer seemed urgent, and I believed it was a real promotion.
I briefly questioned why Saylor would do this, but I quickly rationalized it—maybe he wanted to demonstrate how fast and efficient Bitcoin transactions were. My main concern became acting fast before the giveaway ended. I assumed that people in the physical audience wouldn’t be able to participate as quickly since they likely didn’t have their wallets ready. This gave me a sense of urgency and an advantage.
Without hesitation, I sent Bitcoin from my hot wallet. Then Ethereum. Then, as greed took over, I transferred even more from my cold wallet. I was already imagining what I’d do with my doubled funds—maybe even sending another round after getting my first payout.
The entire time, the livestream continued in the background. I was so focused on making the transfers that I had mentally tuned it out. But then, I heard something familiar—Saylor repeating a phrase I had already heard earlier. A sinking feeling hit me. I suddenly realized this wasn’t a real livestream. I had just been scammed.
I was in shock. My mind went blank, and I felt utterly foolish. Years of careful savings, gone in an instant. I needed something to steady my nerves, so I took a few shots and then opened a beer, trying to process what had just happened.
Once I calmed down, I started documenting everything. I traced the server and domain to different countries, knowing that the scammers would likely mix and launder the coins through various exchanges. The chances of recovering my funds were close to zero.
Now, all that remains is this painful lesson. I share my story so others don’t make the same mistake.
I spend 3 minutes everyday reporting these to YouTube. I started a couple years ago and at first nothing happened – YouTube did nothing. Then about a year ago they Youtube started notifying me sometimes that they had taken it down. The fact that YouTube leaves them up for so long is disgusting. It is super easy to find these — it is always on a live feed and somehow the scammers show 30 to 100k people watching which is bogus- how can they change viewer numbers? This is criminal fraud and YouTube is being negligent or complicit — they have the tech to take these down in seconds yet they do nothing. do better YouTube
Just got scammed by a fake live vid of Micheal
Should have made title "avoid Michael Saylor DEEPFAKE scam" because you make it superficially appear that SAYLOR perpretated the scam which obviously he did not….better would be "avoid YOUTUBE bitcoin scam" because they DID have something directly to do with it! They are not entirely innocent they COULD filter out most of these by simply not allowing QR codes in videos and ALWAYS putting up warnings if keywords are used
I got scammed out of 0.01 from an ai video 🙁
