How does a user know FOR SURE that nobody at Tangem or Ballet saved a list of addresses and keys for the wallets they made? I'd give that kind of security an F. There's no way to be 100% sure nobody at the company kept the address and key for your card, and if you lose the cards your coins are gone. With a hardware wallet, especially an open source hardware wallet, you know the addresses and keys were generated on the device with no chance of malicious code sharing or stealing that info, and you can back up your seed in a safe so that even if the device gets lost, stolen or damaged, your crypto is secure and can be recovered.
After the Ledger horror I'm just gonna go throw it all back on an Exchange.
Safepal not included Rex ? Ive been looking at getting one, not sure if it is a good one or not
wish you had covered coldcard. Also, Ledger is looking a little more suspect now after they announced their recovery service which seemingly confirms that they can get your recovery phrase off the ledger device despite the secure element chip
Ledger and Tangem wallets are the way to go. SD cards that require a pin are also a good solution if you know how to use them in storing phrases.
Hey Rex great vid thx for uploading it.

The Ledger gets an “A” for security?!? It’s not open source and it has a backdoor!
“F”
Ballet is just a paper wallet.
Neither Ledger or Trezor should be getting high marks in security.
Thank you Dad!
To me tangem was the best
How can Atomic and Exodus get a B- for security when a hacker could gain access to your password and steal your crypto. I can't see how any hot wallet or desktop wallet could get more than a D for security.

Thank you for the Easy translations you provided. I have an Apple phone now and would like to ditch and go back to an android. If I set up my Tangem app on the apple phone can I then use my new android phone to sinc up my Tangem card. I'm over 70 and would love to get this done without fumbling any more than needed. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration.
Atomic wallet is easy wallet to use. But im worried about it now.
Thanks for the review….a good review.
I thin Safepal should be added to the mix. it is at the same level of Ellipal
How is ledger one of the best if the new upgrade can allow the government to subpoena through the back door of this update the keys of all it's user's and take their crypto. And we know it's coming
Great clip, I bought a BC Vault cold wallet, a few years ago. any comments on this wallet. My concern is that there is no seed phrase so if they go out of business, does that mean I loose my crypto?
ATOMIC Wallet was just hacked like a month ago. Why is it in your thumb nail ?
Fees is too much
I recently bought an ellipal and I regret it. Sent stellar to the wallet in three transactions. the first two appear in the wallet, the third does not even after a day. I checked the block and the tokens are all there. Any idea how to get all my tokens off the block and into the wallet? Once I recover my tokens I'm done with the ellipal. Nice idea but this flaw is unacceptable. Thanks I hope you can help me.
Excellent comparison video!
Just received my Tangem wallet. Wondering why it's from China since they are a Swiss company? Could be naive, but it seems questionable right off the bat. I'd be grateful for any thoughts, appreciate the show.
love yur content, what cold wallet is the best, easy an safe to use. Thanks for all you do
Is there a cold wallet that has a superior app interface that emulates the look/feel of an exchange app? I'd want to make sure I can view graphs, monitor my earnings, and watch how my crypto is doing in the market without having to do the math manually..
